Event Description

This program is free and open to all military veterans, active, retired or transitioning, minority and underserved populations and those with small farms that have been in operation for under 10 years. This program is sponsored by a USDA/NIFA grant with the Beginning Farmer Rancher Development Program and is under the direction of the University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Services. Programs include Business Planning, Record Keeping, Funding Opportunities, Land Acquisition, and specific farm enterprises. Continental Breakfast and Lunch will be included.
